Lupo is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to this app as it does to most apps on the App Store:

That document is the agreement between you and us. The notes below describe how Lupo works in practice; where anything here differs from the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA governs.
Rolls of film in Lupo are consumable in-app purchases. A roll is used up when you load it into the camera, in the same way a real roll is.
Because consumables are consumed, they cannot be restored through the App Store once spent. Lupo keeps a record of unspent rolls against a random identifier stored in your own iCloud account, so film you have bought but not yet loaded remains available if you reinstall the app or move to a new device. If you are not signed into iCloud, unspent film may not carry across a reinstall.
All purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are Apple's to give and are requested through Apple, not through us: reportaproblem.apple.com
The photographs you take with Lupo are yours. We claim no rights over them, and we never receive them.
They are stored on your device inside the app. Deleting Lupo deletes them. Rolls you have not saved to your Photos library are not recoverable after that, so save anything you want to keep.
Lupo's film stocks are original models of photographic emulsions, written from published characteristics and named so as not to imply otherwise. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or derived from the products of any film manufacturer. Any resemblance in behaviour is the intended result of modelling the same physics, not the use of anyone else's property.
